What one decision/event had the biggest impact on your business?

In my business real estate it has been a slow and steady process, of building relationships with my clients who then refer me to there friends & family. I do 50 % of my business at this stage on referrals. Always do the right thing.

What is the best business advice that you ever received?

In real estate: Clients always comes first and always do the right thing for you client

What is the one thing that you know now about your business that you wish you knew sooner?

In business do not take it personally, its not personal

What is the secret to good hiring?

Ask lots of questions, & always go with your intuition

With all of the demands on your time, how do you organize your day?

I always start my day early at 6:45 am, so till 7:45 am is emails & organizing checking sites to make sure listings look perfect & planing the day
