JUDITH BACHMAN, ESQ.
Judith has been practicing law since 1990. She began her career first at Shea & Gould and then Dechert, Price & Rhodes. During those tenures, she was a litigation associate and worked on headline making matters including complex real estate disputes, securities cases, contract claims, and anti-trust issues. She launched the Bachman Law firm in 1996, where she continues to provide legal services to small to medium sized businesses across a wide range of industry sectors, with a special focus on family-owned business issues. Judith is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Judith serves as the Justice for the Village of Grandview-on-Hudson Justice Court.
She received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton. When not working, Judith enjoys coaching little league softball, hosting family gatherings, and playing board games and solving puzzles.
LEANA ZAKHARY, ESQ.
Leana has been practicing law since 2004. She began her career at Krol & O'Connor in Manhattan. Throughout her career she researches and analyzes a variety of complex legal issues. She drafts documents for all stages of civil litigation including pleadings, motions, pre-trial/trial & post-judgment; handles discovery; made court appearances and alternative dispute resolution sessions; drafts and negotiates contracts and other corporate documents; completes corporate formations and filings; and assists with mergers & closings. She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
She received her J.D, cum laude from Pace University School of Law and a BA in History from New York University. When not working, Leanna enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling, and can usually be found on a tee ball or soccer field coaching and cheering on her two daughters.
JONATHAN WEISER, ESQ.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has been practicing law since 2001. His diverse legal experience includes corporate law, commercial contracts, real estate, and estate planning. He also has extensive expertise representing broker-dealers and other market participants in the purchase and sale of distressed loans and securities, domestically and internationally. Serving as Of Counsel, Jonathan provides clients with his legal acumen on large and small matters across all of The Bachman Law Firm’s practice areas. He is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. He is fluent in French and Hebrew as well as proficient in multiple other languages as well. Jonathan is originally from Philadelphia.
KRISTINE HAYDEN
Kristine serves the firm as a paralegal and administrative coordinator. She is primarily involved in the commercial real estate portion of the practice and works closely with clients. Prior to joining the firm Kristine had extensive experience in the real estate industry. When not working, Kristine is actively involved with the local Boy Scout community and volunteers with a local organization supporting veterans.
