JUDITH BACHMAN, ESQ.
Judith has been practicing law for more than 25 years. She is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Prior to launching the firm, Judith was a litigation associate at Shea & Gould and then Dechert, Price & Rhoads. During that tenure, she worked on headline making matters including complex real estate disputes, securities cases, contract claims, and anti-trust issues.
She received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.
LEANA ZAKHARY, ESQ.
Leana was admitted to the Bar in 2004 and began her career at Krol & O'Connor in Manhattan. She has researched and analyzed a variety of complex legal issues; drafted documents for all stages of civil litigation including pleadings, motions, pre-trial/trial & post-judgment; handled discovery; made court appearances and alternative dispute resolution sessions; drafted and negotiate contracts and other corporate documents; completed corporate formations and filings; and assisted with mergers & closings.
She graduated from Pace University School of Law and received her J.D., cum laude in 2003. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
SAMARA ROTHCHILD, ESQ.
Kristine serves the firm as a paralegal and administrative coordinator.
She has a real estate license and has worked with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty for years.
Samara has been practicing law since 2004. She previously worked for the City of New York Office of Labor Relations, where she handled legal aspects of the procurement process for employee benefits, drafted and negotiated contracts, and ensured compliance with government regulations. She also worked as a legal editor for Matthew Bender & Co., a division of LexisNexis, where she researched, edited and assisted with updating several large publications.
She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice, and also double-majored in English. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
